Three Monkeys Cafe Mural by Rival Revolution Studios

Over Summer we hooked up with Chapel streets spectacular new addition, Three Monkeys. Located right across the road from infamous Revolver and next door to our buddies at Evolve skate shop, this cafe  and crazy bar was instantly our new favourite spot. The day it opened we spotted this giant wall and instantly wanted to paint it, and they just happend to be looking for someone to do just that. Huge supporters of the local street art scene, Three Monkeys and Rival Revolution Studios was a match made in heaven. The owner Dave has been on the scene for years and has a collection of some of the worlds best street, graf and tattoo art which he kindly has hanging all over the walls for all to enjoy. We were super happy to be part of that collection and put a little of our own vibe into the place. You cant miss Three Monkeys as you cruise Chappel street,  so be sure to pop in for a dam fine bloody mary and check the super sweet one of a kind court yard out back. Oh yes, there us much more than meets the eye at this joint.

Tom Vincent & ExRobot @ Art Boy Gallery

ExRobot and Tom Vincent took an afternoon off to head down to ArtBoy Gallery, drop off their latest canvas offerings and splash out a little colab. These are the pics, and this is what ExRobot had to say about ArtBoy.

“Art Boy Gallery are held in such high regard simply because they are in it for all the right reasons. Underground, local, international and established artists, it’s really all the same to them. All that matters is expression, exploration and innovation of ideas. Defiantly well worthy of the respect they have. And a big thanks to Mark for inviting us to paint his door. ” – ExRobot

Art Boy Gallery is down at 99 Greville Street in Prahran, right by Prahran train station.
